Cookie policy

Last updated: 2 July 2026

This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies this website uses and how you can manage them.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device. Alongside them we use similar technologies, such as the browser’s local storage.

Technical storage

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics. It only saves two technical values in your browser’s storage, unrelated to your identity and never leaving your device:

“cis-hero”, which remembers which of the cover videos was shown last so you are given a different one, and “cis-intro”, which remembers that you have already seen the opening animation so it is not repeated during the same session.

Third-party cookies (videos)

The video section on the home page links to pieces hosted on YouTube (Google). This service may install cookies and process data for statistical and advertising purposes.

No video is loaded when you open the page: only a still image is shown. The YouTube player is requested only when you press play, so if you do not, no request is sent to Google and none of its cookies are installed. We also use YouTube’s cookie-free domain (youtube-nocookie.com).

More information: Google’s privacy policy.

Google Fonts

The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which may involve your IP address being communicated to Google. They are not used to identify you or for advertising purposes.

How to manage or withdraw your consent

You can clear the data this site saves in your browser from its privacy settings, or configure cookie blocking to prevent YouTube’s cookies if you do play a video.

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies from their privacy options.
